Luna Moph is a figurative artist from Hong Kong based in Hampshire, Portsmouth. Through her practice, she captures the quiet yet powerful, delicate yet commanding presence of her subjects.

 

With a particular focus on depicting people and the human figure, she creates intimate and introspective work that reflects their interactions with themselves and the world. She is drawn to the beauty in the small and mundane things; the sunlight sitting just right on someone’s face, a strand of flyaway hair, the softness of hands cradling a bouquet of roses, all of the seemingly insignificant moments inspire her work.
